Using same software you made clone, you extract that clone to another HDD. Then it should work just like it worked when you made clone.

There are minimal difference between DDR4 ram speeds. So any 3000 MHz memory should be enough. If you want more power, overclock processor.

Perhaps there are some settings on BIOS or Intel driver panel. However, using integrated AND discrete graphics same time can cause problems so I recommend to stick with discrete graphics only. How about connecting monitor with DVI?
