Other parts including power supply? There is no easy way to determine what's broken.

    Sata Master/slave

That was planned to be included on SATA standard but currently that's not possible. So short answer: no.

    Need Help Picking Psu

Current PSU dimensions: 5.75" x 3.25" x 2.5" Seasonic PSU dimensions: 6.9" x 3.3" x 2.5" So it is possible Seasonic is too big. Many "slim" type cases accept ATX PSU so getting new case may give much better PSU options.

    Upgrading Components

350W is low for any modern GPU, so something better is needed. RX470 is not much for 144 Hz but luckily Freesync saves a lot.

    Upgrading Components

PSU? Monitor? Graphic card like RX 470 would be OK. For SSD, around 240GB MLC drive (plenty of options, just avoid Samsung) would be OK.

    Ram Compatibility With Asus M4a87td/usb3

Three RAM sticks always work worse than two, but still, 4GB should work with your old modules. However new 2*4 GB kit is not very expensive and compatibility is much better.

    Budget Z270 Motherboard

Both suck because AMD Ryzen with X370 chipset will be much better.

Single Channel Ram Vs Dual Channel Ram!

Dual channel needs at least 2 sticks of RAM. There are no "dual channel" RAM modules. Any RAM can work as dual channel RAM if motherboard supports dual channel and at least two RAM stics are used same time.

    No Post, No Boot

Probably either motherboard or power supply is broken. Both are usually low quality parts on OEM machines. It's quite impossible to tell what is broken unless you have spare parts available.

Replace Or Add Hd To An Older Computer

I suggest buying SSD for OS. And in case you buy 3TB HDD and SSD, then you probably have no use for 500GB one.

Replace Or Add Hd To An Older Computer

    2. Add it as an additional HDD. I recommend SSD for Windows "HDD". There are not much choices for 3TB drive as about only manufacturers are Western Digital and Seagate. You can argue forever about which one is better.

Need Help Picking Components For Diy Router!

Asus has 2 more SATA ports, (partial, not full speed) USB 3.0 support and DVI+HDMI connectors. Also Asus can support 125W FX CPU's. Those are major differences. At same price, I would take Asus. If MSI is enough for you and is cheaper, then it's your decision.

Upgrading Windows Xp To Windows 7 Require A Clean Install?

Your PC specs are? You need clean install. Unless you install Windows 7 to same partition with other files or XP install, then you probably do not lost any files and you still keep your XP install.

Geforce Gtx 960 And Asus Mg278q

You probably won't get much out of Gsync with GTX 960 and Freesync generally much cheaper and better supported.
