Card has semi passive FAN that can cause problems. I suggest you enable user defined fan speed on Afterburner and see if that works.

OEM's do not benefit from releasing overclocking friendly BIOS's. So they don't do it. So forget overclocking from BIOS. Software overclocking MAY be possible but because motherboard is low quality, I don't recommend that either.
