That "address bus width" has nothing to di wwith CPU. It's just Windows' way to say if Windows is 32- or 64-bit. CPU address bus for IMT64 CPU's is 40 bit IIRC.

Just for short time? It's quite normal that fans go full speed for short time when computer is powered on. That way it's ensured that fans start spinning.

I see no sense paying so much for dual core CPU (i3) that will become obsolete quite soon. On The Division i3-6100 loses even to FX-4320. Also, you will not upgrade that i3 to i5/i7. Makes no sense because Intel processor prices won't get lower so when considering upgrade, better to buy new MB...

Probably cooler's contact against CPU is poor. Put some thermal paste and you can see if contact is poor somewhere.

IIRC you cannot make software raid from disks that contains Windows files. I highly doubt that file transfer + bootloader trick will work but there have been bigger miracles...

That CPU clock speed may explain everything. However on that video CPU clock seems just fine. Perhaps update intervall is too long. Try to log CPU frequency with CPU-Z.

Probably CPU cooling system is broken. You may try to clear dust with pressurized air or open laptop for better cleaning. Latter one have more risks however.

Try Hci memtest, it tests on Windows. And because you have Intel system, check that CPU socket pins are OK.

This is getting very hard then. Something that can also cause hiccups are hard disks that work improperly. Try another SATA cable for hard disk and possible DVD drive.

Not so bad then. No problem with temps either. Old drivers (other than video card) can also cause strange hiccups si update also sound card and network card drivers.
