Personally I'd say either go for Vista 64, or wait for Windows 7 if you're looking to upgrade. Or if you're sticking with XP and just running 2GB of ram, I'd agree with ferg, and just run the 32bit version.

I can't stand trackballs either. I just use a Razer mousepad. It's wide, 16:9 or so, and gets the job done. Now where are the ergonomic keyboards? I need something to replace my old Microsoft natural keyboard, but the keys on all the new ones feel 'mushy'.

Can you provide more details? When is it rebooting and how often? Blue screens, or is it just restarting by itself? List your temps while idle and under load as well.

That's not entirely true. With a lot of the Core 2 Duo/Quad chips you should be able to get a decent overclock (500mhz-1ghz) with the stock cooler. It'll depend on the overall airflow within your case, and the exact chip, but it's very possible.

I've been reading more and more into that Coolermaster case and it looks like general cooling is a very common problem. Most people toss another 120mm fan in that optional hard drive space, and then mod the case to allow for another one or two 120mm intake fans. Checkout some videos on youtube...

Wait, what model Core 2 Duo are you running? Some of the older models have a tjmax of 85C, and in that case your temps are perfectly normal.

Those video cards are kicking out a ton of heat, and I don't know if I believe the hype about negative air pressure and the wind tunnel effect with that cases 3x exhaust, and 1x intake fans. Is it possible to mod the side panel to fit in a 120mm or 140mm intake fan directly blowing on the cards?

This is all I do using my GTX 260. Just follow the red boxes in the image. Basically click the triangle next to customize, and then select the first icon that looks like a video card. Next enable low-level fan control and either set the speed or adjust it to auto.

You definitely want to check those temps because it could be dangerous. Download CoreTemp and RealTemp and see how things are looking. Either way, get some thermal paste on there.

Vcore, +3.3, +5.0 and +12.0 rails will fluctuate under load, that's nothing to be concerned about (well, within reason, some PSUs handle it better than others). Your CPU temps look fine as well, although the idle is a little high. 60C is nothing to worry about, these chips have a high tjmax...
