I just installed one stick of 512 MB SDRAM PC 133 on a friend's P3 800MHz. When starting up the pc is saying that I have a 256MB installed ?? Can anyone suggest whats going on ? Im sure that I bought a 512MB and it has written on it too !

I changed the graphics card and the problem seemed to be solved.. Didnt freeze once in 5 days always on.. But it seems that the mobo needs to be changed soon. Thanks for your advice.

The mo board is more than 5 years old ! I think its time for a new one !

There is one capacitor which seems to be leaking a bit.. but the others all seem fine. What does that show ? I will try the memtest 86+ later.
