Those temps are pretty average, nothing to worry about :) setting the alarm at those temps should be fine.

Modern cameras and mobiles behave like storage devices when connected to the computer, so don't need drivers or software to function. Where as Printer, Scanners, Web Cameras etc aren't storage devices so need there own drivers to function.
