Yep, like it much better than vBulletin! has a cleaner look, its not bloated with features like vB, plus its much easier for me to develop my own features, mainly because it uses the Zend Framework.

Hi
Try the Drive Dumper program, in theory it should allow you to pick your source/target partitions. It will take it a while but ones all is copied over you need to either swap the wires around, so it boots from the new hard drive or just change the boot order in BIOS.
Alternative options...
I think maybe; that site has its graphics card specs wrong, try contacting support on that site.
If the system is working, then no need to worry about anything.
Welcome to HWF.
Hopefully you've ordered another PSU :) I thinks its probably a dangerous thing to attempt unless you know what your doing, which I assume you do. Hope the new power supply fixes everything.
Maybe its a heating issue? Have you considered giving the system a quick clean? so take everything out, give it a quick clean, re-seat everything etc and if the problem still persists we can investigate further. How certain are you the noise is coming from the power supply? Can you try another...
You probably could but don't think it'd be worth it plus its not that practical.
First, you'd have to turn the computer on/off to access its content because it will function more like a network drive rather than a HD.
I'd recommend selling the old computer and buying a external HD enclosure.
The higher speed ram will run at the maximum speed your motherboard allows, I suspect thats the reason the crucial site has somewhat higher speed memory listed as options.
But remember if you have ram with different speeds, it will run at the lower speed.
You can purchase any of these http://www.crucial.com/uk/upgrade/compatible-memory-for/Packard+Bell/iMedia+D2317+UK/list.html
According to the above link, the max speed is DDR2 PC2-8500.
Yes, it should be fine. I think there probably different revisions, often the same model can have different revisions where the internal components or other minor things have changed.
Nice build! I don't see a problem with having the Sound Card installed!
I doubt that site takes into account, any modifications you will make or additional cooling accessories you will add.
Graphics cards are designed to run at very high temps, usually more than 70C.
