    My PC's gotten completely broken, and I can't seem to make it reformat.

    You need to have the computer boot from cd first,you have to go into your bio's and under boot options, make Cd/dvd boot first.. Now your problem...

    It sounds like the Drive has Disk errors on it.. You will need to piggy back that drive onto another with some special hardware.. Once hooked up...
