It is a good power supply, and should be able to run any one video card and a quad core pretty well.
That is a pretty solid overclock. I would say that most people can hit about 3.2ghz stable on that CPU. depends on the luck of the draw though.
It is a good idea to clean it every few months. Just use a air gun and blow out the dust.
Radon based friges use liquid as a part of the cooling system. Anything that lowers temps to sub ambient will cause condensation. Just a bad idea...
The TRUE is amazing, but pricey. I like the xigamteck cooler myself, the black Knight cooler comes with a bult thru kit.
Buy an aftermarket cooler. The crap intel ships with sucks a lot. You can buy a good one for under for about thirty dollars, like the Xigy S-1283...
