Sparkle G4 4600ti 128mb.....nice card, although I wish I had bought a Leadtek instead.

Just a curiosity poll really to find out what ppl prefer.

Hmmm, yeah this is a great game again, but there appears to be a few issues with this game. I've played the single player demo, and the FPS on my 4600ti are awful, major slow down at times, which is ridiculous....I will still buy it, so I hope the patch is due out soon too to solve these probs.

Bought it yesterday, great fun to play. :) The radio stations are pure class!....the 'ChatterBox' station is so damn funny!!.

I have a Backup task scheduled each night to backup email, etc. I set this up through Backup within System Tools, and there you can select files/folders to backup and then schedule the task. I don't think you can do this through Task Scheduler itself though. As for burning to a CD, not...

Hehe, yeah I know what you mean about a grill for the fan...I did the same with my Dragon Orb 3....stuck my finger into the case for some unknown reason and, bang, straight into the fan it went....and yeah that hurt.....took a fair bit of skin off too, very impressive!.

So 4-pin and 6-pin isn't a gender thing as such then, it's actually different cables. Thank you. :)

Sorry for this dumbass question, but... With Firewire, is the 6-pin conn. 'female', and the 4-pin conn. 'male'?. Reason I ask is becuase I want to network two Firewire cards together, so I'll need a double ended 'Male' cable to enable this.

This pad looks great for FPS games :) Take a look here... Anyone seen this in action, read any reviews on it?. Also, has anyone seen it being sold anywhere in the UK yet?. I know it has been out in the US for a while now, but I think it has only just been released over here.

I'm sure I've built a PC for someone recently where I used a Liteon CD-RW, and it appeared very good. I have read a lot of good things about Liteon drives in general, even though ppl at work place tend to scoff at the unknown name...instead going for Compaq of all brands!!....what's that...

Yeah XP Plus is okay, certainly not worth the £30-odd quid they charge in the shops though. If you manage to get it from somewhere, it does have a great fishtank screensaver!! :p

If I were to buy a Sparkle GeForce4ti 4600 card, what would be your opinion?. I know that may sound a touch odd but because of a £40 odd price difference between that and a Abit version, would I be a tool to spend the extra cash on a graphics card which is seemingly identical?. Cheers,
