If all the bits in the computer are working properly, but the RAM isn't, how far into the boot sequence will it get?
I had that for a while, the CPU runs at a constant 100% and really slows the computer down. It happened with me when I opened a certain folder....
OUt of interest, if the CPU's bust but all the other hardware is fine, will the computer get anywhere, or will it simply refuse to do anything?
