cant find the jumer and theres no cmos battery.
the cpu and ram are secured i dont have a video card my monitors vga cable plugs straight into my motherboard i dont know what post beeps are.
when i turn on my pc the monitor power comes on but nothing happens,also the lights n my keyboard all flash once and then theres no response at all
