    My CD/DVD drive has stopped opening for no apparent reason. Eject disc in My Computer/DVD drive (Windows XP) doesn't work. I have tried booting up...

    2nd SATA drive recognition problem

    I seem to have found the answer which was to change the 'ATA/IDE configuration setting' from 'compatible' to 'enhanced'. Thanks for your help.

    2nd SATA drive recognition problem

    I fitted a second SATA hard drive but it wasn't recognised in the initial system check, nor as a boot device, nor in disk mangament in Windows....
