Hi all, managed to get evertything sorted. It appeared that the two Belkin adaptors we bought had different software versions, one worked the other did not. Thanks for everyones help, much appreciated.

Help appreciated yes,they are the ones.The PC's are picking up the Network fine and the signal strength is excellent. It just seems to be AOL thats the problem as when you try to log on its says it cant detect a modem etc. We have AOL silver which according to AOL is ok for Networking Thanks
