Part of the IBM customized version of SafeGuard PrivateDisk from Utimaco - which provides secure area of hard disk where files and folders are encrypted. This entry loads the associated IBM wizard to create the initial secure area once the program has been installed and will no longer be loaded (but remains as a startup entry) once it is completed
