I doubt this is real but i think it’s some guys fantasy idea or ultimate gpu but great idea 
yes, that it was it looks like, but it really is a good idea. I think he is dreaming about the price range though, i think currently that would be very expensive to produce. Ether way, still a cool idea.
ATI RV870, yes… but thats coming in June, so there is awhile yet, as well as Nvidia’s offering.
