Thanks for the reply Dave but actually he needed to know if someone has used a particular software and found it easy…Also the search u have provided only shows one free software EZAcct, which also only provide the free version in US currency. :ohah:
MS itself makes a free software as well for accounting but that too for US only

Install Linux, then install GNUcash or Kmymoney

Well theres always Microsoft Money, but I am not sure how suitable that would be for your needs.
