Smith’s Oatmeal Stout, Guinness Extra Stout, MacTarnahan’s Blackwatch, Newcastle, Downtown Brown, Heineken Special Dark, anything from Stone or Lost Coast breweries.
Of course, I also have my guilty favorite of Corona with lime and sea salt (and I enjoy J&B Scotch quite a bit, but that’s not a beer is it?).
Has anyone seen a beer called Haagen anywhere?
It’s my new favourite beer, German style but Australian brewed.
Comes in light and full strength and has the sweet hoppy taste
There’s this local stuff that’s a bourbon-aged beer. Basically, it’s a dark, robust beer that’s been stored in bourbon barrels. That stuff is awesome, especially if you like bourbon or non bourbon whiskey.

Does anyone here like Guinness? It’s one of those drinks that you either love or hate.

Yes, I love Guinness if you’d notice my post above. Guinness is made like sourdough, a bit of the last batch goes into the next batch, so in that way, you’re drinking very ancient beer every time you drink an extra stout.
I’m from Belgium. We have a beer-luxury problem. Too many beers to remember. I myself like trappist, like Leffe, Grimbergen, Tongerlo, Ciney, Chimay, … they cost about 1.5 (1,5) up to 2 euros per bottle in most cafés.
