Blue Screen (NOT BSOD)

I’m getting a problem with my computer. whenever I’m on it, anytime just randomly it will restart sometime before an hour and when it does restart i Get a Blue screen. I dont get they blue screen of death with all the Info on it, i just get a solid blue screen, not navy blue like the BSOD (blue screen of death) but normal blue. after i get the screen the only thing i can do is turn it off by the power button. DOes anyone know what the problem is, i am trying to replace the hardware one at a time, but it is not working, i’ve tried the memory, and about to do the CPU. please someone i need help.

thank you in advance.

Specs:
INtel Pentium 4 3.2 Ghz
1 Gigabyte (2 512mb) stick of corsair memory
Msi Pt880 motherboard
Ati radeon 9550 256mb
420 watt powersupply
2 80MM fans, 1 120mm fan

What brand is your power supply? Also, is your system overclocked? How are the temperatures?

the Power supply is the one that comes with this Case:

the Temps are a little on the high side. the CPU temp is idleing at about 55C and it is not overclocked

If that PSU can hold up the amperage it says it can, it shouldn’t be your problem. But your temps are really high. That case has potential for good cooling but it comes pretty pitifully equipped stock. I’d add the two optional 120mm fans – one to the front, one in the back. Then I’d take that 80mm fan that comes mounted in the rear 120mm spot, remove that stupid air duct from the side, and mount that 80mm fan there instead. Then you’ll have cooling to spare.
