boot up problem postcode "FF"emachines t2482

I am useing a diagnostic card on my emachines t2482. When I power up I get a post code FF on the diagnostic card at start up. The computer does nothing at that point. The monitor does not show anything. The diagnostic card shows that the power supply is working fine. Is there something wrong with the CPU or the BIOS. I need help very bad. Please help if you can. Thanks You.

If the BIOS is corrupted how do I fix that.

BIOS probably isn’t corrupt, try removeing and reinserting the graphics card then remove and reinsert RAM then remove and reinsert CPU, your specs may be helpful.
