Looks good. The only issue I can see is with the Intel D975XBXLKR motherboard. While it should be the latest revision, 3.04, if it’s not, it won’t have the updated VRM11 voltage support for Core 2 chips.

If that’s the case, you may want to look at some other motherboards:

Abit AB9
Asus P5B
Gigabyte 965P-DS3
MSI P956NEO-F

Also, Maxtor has had some issues with their hard drives, so you might want to consider Seagate, Western Digital or Samsung.
