Can't figure out my graphics card

I have checked everything possible to figure out my graphics card but i cant. Since my graphics driver is un-installed I dont think my computer even know’s my card…any one have any suggestions?

Could you post a picture of front and back?

Is it onboard or not?

Like I said in your other thread, tell me the make and model of your computer, and I’ll tell you what drivers you need.

Remember; its a graphics CONTROLLER, not a graphics card..

Megamaced…I dont know what the exact model of my computer is but what I can tell you is that it is an MDG make and the model of my Motherboard is D865GBF_ …a man at MDG.com said that with the model of my board, I should now be able to go to

http://www.intel.com/intel/nav/locator.htm?iid=HPAGE+header_locator&

and find the driver I need. I had no such luck maybe you or someone else will.

OKay Ron, I have located your graphics drivers. Your graphics card is Intel Extreme Graphics 2.

You can download the drivers for Windows 2000/XP here:

http://downloadfinder.intel.com/scripts-df-external/filter_results.aspx?strTypes=all&ProductID=1044&OSFullName=Windows*+XP+Home+Edition&lang=eng&strOSs=45&submit=Go!

Let me know if this works for you.

PS. If you play any games, or do any sort of photo editing, I seriously recommend you upgrade to something by nVidia!

Ron, he’s right. I remember seeing Intel Extreme Graphics 2 when we were at your house trying to fix the problem.

Megamaced, thank you very much for your help, the driver I downloaded worked and my problem is fixed.
