Can't open Rawshooter

I have just downloaded the free edition of photo editing program Rawshooter. Downloading and installation appears ok but when i click on the icon to open it nothing happens.How can i open this program please?

Try download [google]MS Antispyware[/google] and do a system scan. Spyware may be affecting your programs.

is the icon you’re using on the desktop or in Start>Programs…
If it’s on the desktop then there may be something wrong with the location of the program it’s trying to find…if not then check for spyware etc like addis said.

I have scanned with Spybot - system was clear

THe icon is in the program files and the desktop. Neither worked. System is clear with Spybot
