Hi All!!!
I will soon be building a new PC too use for a bit of Graphic designing, Basic 3D, And Good Enough Gaming (Mostly Modern Games Like Crysis 2, BF3, MW3, Etc).

I already have the Components Selected just need to make sure if they are Compatible with each other.

Concern: I am worried about the Power Supply 420w… GPU Recommends a 550w Powersupply But Consumes only 86W.
Question #1: Is 420w Power supply enough for this Build?
(GPU Power=86, + Processor Power 95, + I believe the rest Add up to somewhere near 100w* so Total Power Becomes = 281W) *I might be wrong about the rest of the Power being 100W.

Question #2: Is this Build Good for Graphic Designing, Gaming, And Basic 3D?
Question #3: Can anyone Please Describe How to Choose the Perfect power supply for Pc Buiding for Future Reference?

Any Help Would be Much Appreciated!

Thanks In Advance!!!
Have a nice Day!!!

Please Guys…I need help!!!

I believe I might be able to help. If you can afford it I would suggest getting a 6850 instead of a 6750 because it would be much better for gaming and 3D applications and its only about $40 more on average. It does use more power (127 watts vs the 6750s 86 watts) but its just that much better. You could use the 420 watt PSU here but keep in mind when your pc is running at full power you’ll be using about 77% of the power that your PSU can supply. If you went with the 6750 at max power you’d be running at around 67% of your PSU’s max rated power. Below is a link of just how much better the 6850 is than the 6750, other than the video card you have a great new build here. The CPU is rock solid and very powerful, the rest is good as well. Good luck

Thanks for the info…! This above mentioned build is only temporary…and will only be used till march 2013…after which i will build a 5K $ PC!
