My CPU usage shows 98% with nothing showing in the task bar. Checked processes and it showed iexplorer was eating up processor usage. I had nothing running in iexplorer. Why does cpu hang up on iexplorer.exe
iexplorer.exe is a trojan/virus. iexplore.exe is Internet Explorer. Update your anti-virus or get one. Avast! and AVG are two freebies. Also TrendMicro has an online virus scanner you can use.
Also, run it in the Safe mode of the windows..
let Browser Hijack Recover(BHR) download from Anti-Spyware category BHR run and follow the steps.
Run an online scan @ bitdefender.com and @ kaspersky.com
