Hello
What is the difference between the Intel QX9650 and the Q9650???
the only difference i can come up with is the QX9650 is an extreme edition in the name but performance wise and statistically it’s the same. Will some one please enlighten me.
Intel Core 2 Quad Extreme Edition QX9650 “LGA775 Yorkfield” 3.00GHz 12MB-cache (1333FSB)
Intel Core 2 Quad Q9650 LGA775 ‘Yorkfield’ 3.0GHz 12MB-cache (1333FSB)

Lol true
the extreme editions have always confused me i mean why not get a Q9450 and overclock that to like 4GHz instead of buying a QX9650 or Q9650 and overclocking that to same speed which is 4GHz.
