I currently bought a new 512 mb stick of RAM identical to the one I already have. I installed it and it works fine, but i am just wondering how i tell if it is dual-channeled.
My Setup:
Athlon 64 3000+
Abit AV8 Mobo Skt 939
1 Gig DDR400

If they are the exact same chips and dual channel is enabled on your motherboard then it will automatically run it DC.
if it isn’t you can probably see it in advanced memory configuration
When the post screen comes on after start-up it should mention it there.
