For some reason when I try to put in effects after I choose a category the only action that is displayed in the other box is formatting when I want fly in etc…don’t know why that is..any help? :eek:
also..can someone explain to me what java applet and active x control are good for…frontpage doesn’t tell me much…thanks!!! 
You use Java applets to use Java code in a web page. A standard java application won’t work in a web page, but an applet will.

I visited the site and there are some things that interest me…thanks :good: …but as you know how woefully inadequate I am at this…if I bugger something up in the process of adding an effect, or multiple effects… :eek: you know I’m going to come back begging 
for help to clean up the mess :alarm:
Thats a good site. I’ve never used DHTML before and it looks quite good.
