Error in Xp

i can use my pc fine. But sometimes i recieve a error message saying that i should disable hardware or remove software and
technical information is:
stop: 0x0000008E (0xc0000005, 0x80576cac, 0xf8951e00, 0x00000000)

I have to restart my computer after error screen comes up.

Any ideas how to sort this out and stop my windows from causing and error.

thanx mate.

i got that a while back and i replaced my 128mb of ram for a 512mb (I have two of these) and it worked great so i dunno wether i needed more ram or the stick i took out was faulty.
