hi everyone.hoping someone can help me with a bigproblem.i stupidly put file recovery pro on my win 2000 system.when i rebooted a message onthe screen saic cmos (bios) has changed,asking me to select save/recover/analyze. but my keyboard and mouse are locked out and boot discs wont work. any help please 
If its your BIOS thats been altered then follow these instructions to reset your CMOS.

hi. forgot to mention i have two hard drives in cadies. other one has no problems starting up.tried what you said anyway,anymore help please
