My friend just sent me an IM saying
‘Well my firefox stated to mess up by the find tool typing backwards, ie hi = ih… then i closed it and restarted it, it asked me to choose a profile and it wouldnt let me choose the defalt one so i created a new one, now all my bookmarks are missing and all my other extersions and themes’
and I havnt a clue what to say?
Any of you guys know how to fix it or at least get the bookmarks back?
Malware scan I’d do first. Apart from that reinstall Firefox.

Yep,
You need to go to >
C:\Documents and Settings*username*\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles*profile name*.default
and your bookmarks will be in there!
Just copy and Paste them somewhere and restore them in Firefox 
Make sure you set you computer to Show Hidden Files And Folders first.
i just gave up on foxfire, i now use SlimBrowser, i like it a lot better
