What do you guys think?

I will use this as a ‘hybrid’ combo as a workstation and web surfer (will it handle 720 and 1080p HD video?) with tasks such as 3D modelling,rendering video,photo and Audio editing .

What should I expect and what can I do with these specs and what I might struggle with?

Also will all these work together and will I need extra stuff to get things working?
e.g.(A wirelesss adaptor or is it included with the Mobo?)

Unless you intend to overclock, paying for an Intel ‘K’ chip is pointless. The K designation simply means the multiplier is unlocked. And, if you’re not pairing a K chip with a Z97 motherboard, you’re wasting money, as that’s the only chipset allowing overclocking of the Z9 series.

As a general rule, Cases with bundled power supplies are a bad idea, as the cheapest piece of crap for a power supply is tossed in and people think its a steal. The specs seem to have 2 +12V rails, which isn’t optimal. It may not hurt now, but down the line it could come back to bite you. If you see a 500W Seasonic, Antec (Basiq line excluded), or Enermax, those would be some good bets and should offer a single +12V rail.

Do you need WiFi? It’s not included, and typically aren’t on budget offerings.

What programs do you intend to use in your work?
What budget do you have to work with?

I would use either Gigabyte or Asus or MSI motherboards, the Asrock are made poorly and fail my list..But that is just my opinion…
