:mad: Hi all, first post - I read some of your archives while surfing for a solution to a computer crashing/freezing problem I am having since buying a new computer (which is 6 months older now & still doing it).
I’ve looked in the error logs (I’ve included some examples at the end of this post) crypt32 failed, DCOM errors & fault buckets are happening daily
The most annoying thing is I can’t do the ctrl +alt + delete thing - the screen just freezes & I have to switch my computer off at the wall about 3 X a day (my computer doesn’t have a reset button for some reason)
I read this problem might be something to do with the RAM memory ?
I’ve got all the latest patches from windows I’ve got firewalls/antivirus & hyjackthis to zap bugs with - any suggestions as to what causes it & a possible solution would be appreciated (before my machine fries itself:(
