Game Closes when I am playing

Hi

I am having a Pentium III Machine with 128 MB RAM, 20 GB HDD, 815 Intel Chipset Motherboard..
I am using a samtron 15" monitor with 1024 resolution

when am playing games like Quake 2, NFS it works with slight jerks and after a time span of 15 min the game closes automatically… why is this happening… can you please help me out of this

What graphics card are you using? It’s likely that, there’s a conflict somewhere, which might cause this problem. When did this start happening, after you installed something?

I wonder if you’re getting enough venelation too. Got your chipset drivers installed?

I am having win 89 installed on my machine

also the other problem which i am facing is, when i am playing NFS 2, many a time the display goes to 16 colours,
then i have to restart the game so that i get the display corrected..

please help

this happens to me frequently, well, it used to. either its the games settings for video and audio, or your graphics card needs new openGL drivers, or updating!
