Game Theater XP

I am trying to install latest driver for my sound card (Hercules, game theater XP) and the GTXPv410.exe which I downloaded from official Hercules site wont work.

I am using:
PII 300
500 MB RAM
Win XP
GeForce2

The system wont install new hardware …

Can anybody help?

welcome sasapuksic :hi:

could you give more detail on what seems to be the problem, such as error message or something similar

I start the setup, then the setup restarts the windows. When the windows is starting again it detects new hardware (Multimedia Audio Controler). the driver setup then begins automaticly and after a 30 seconds the folowing massage showup:

"Cannot install this hardware

There was a problem installing this hardware:
Multimedia Audio Controler

An error accurred during the instalation of the device
The data is invalid.

Click finish to close the wizard"

And thats it …

Try going into device mangler and reinstalling the drivers or updating to the same drivers. Windows should have the path to wherever the .exe sent the driver components. I had to do that with their Fortissimo II one time and that fixed it.
