getting rid of subscribed threads

Hey admins, how do I get rid of some of the older threads I am suscribed to?

Check the box beside the thread subscription(s) you want to remove then go down near the bottom of the page for a drop-down menu. One of the options should allow you do delete the selected subscriptions.
