Good Motherboard that Supports this...

Hi. I have been searching for quite some time, and have not found anything relevant. I am looking to upgrade my motherboard since the last one broke. I need it to support the following AND be under $150.
It must support Intel Celeron D as well as Core 2 Duo for future.
It must support 533 mhz Pc4200 RAM
And must have a PCI x16 slot.

It must have those things to match the hardware I have now.
I found the Asus P5N-E SLI which supports everything listed above, but I have been reading tons of problems on the reviews about it.

Thank you to anyone who can suggest a good mobo (will be used for games) that fits the price, and give a link.

I took a look around for you but i don’t think there is a mobo that fits your requirements maybe i’m wrong and someone on forums can prove me wrong.

Ok. I gave up on the good old Celeron that served me faithfully for 9 months and went to an AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000+ and I am very surprised at the speed and quality of their products.
