hi, im trying to disable the safesearch in google but its not working,

I have already disabled the SafeSearch in Google Preferences, saved it,
but I still see:

‘Strict SafeSearch is on in’ Google Image search.

Could you please let me know what is wrong?

i tride clearing the cookies by going to tools, internet options, under temporary internet files i pressed delete cookies and delete files, but in still didnt work. And by restarting the browser do mean just closing the browser and reopening it?
