I am planning to get Intel DG33FBC motherboard and would be grateful if anyone tell me whether my current two hard disks Seagate ST3802110A and Seagate ST340015A will be compatible with Intel DG33FBC motherboard.

yes they are, however you’ll need an IDE cable with 3 connector
