The roughly $300 difference means 2.4GHz or 2.67GHz. could there possibly be any noticeable difference between these 2 procs? Especially considering that they would be performing normal, everyday things?
For normal everyday stuff either is really almost excessive power. But with that big a price difference I’d say forget the 6700. 2.4GHz for a Conroe is great, you’ll find that it’ll be churning throw things years from now.
they look identical to me except for a speed boost up to 2.66
is the .26 increase worth the price diffrence personaly to me it is not but I do not do a whole lot of things at one usualy
any reasons for not useing a merom core VS the conroe
