Help: USB Pinouts K7SEM R1.0 Mobo, pls?

The front USB connector broke. The connector’ s ports are wired to USB ports 2-3 on the mobo. I need the pinouts for this mobo to be able to connect the new 4-pin+Gnd connectors (headers), pls.

I have the manual, but it does not show the pinouts. I have verified that 2 of 10 pins carry +5V (Vcc), but all other pins appear not to carry a voltage (tested with just a voltmeter).

The old connectors had two free pins and a ganged D+/D- connector for each port. I did not note down how they were connected (dumb, I know).

The new 4-pin+gnd connector causes the message “USB Device not recognized” when a USB drive is plugged into the new front connector, and the USB mouse plugged into the rear connector no longer functions. I assume this is a wiring problem and not a software problem. The USB drive works fine in the rear USB port.

This is a PDF file that contains photos of the USB pins on the motherboard, and the signals carried from those pins to the front panel USB connectors. I have verified that they work. They are NOT the standard Intel 4-pin header plus ground connections.

Given back to front numbering: 6 to 10 on the top row and 1 to 5 on the bottom row. The signals are:
1 and 10: Vcc (+5V dc)
5 and 6: Ground, both signal and connector shell.
2 and 9: Not connected; not used. There is no point in connecting the extra grounds to these.
3: Data0-
4: Data0+
7: Data1+
8: Data1-

In the USB metal shell there are 4 signal pins (underneath the white bar). Left to right they are: Ground, Vcc, Data-, and Data+.
