i have an good asrock m/b and a 3500+cpu gf7950 gx2 vid card 1 gig of cosiar etreme memery and thermaltake bigwater cooling the cpu is 2.2 ghz and i can only get 2.3ghz outa overclocking it now thats shamefull i c so many people geting more than that can anyone help thnx
What are your memory timings? What program did you benchmark/stress test with?
Try upping the core voltage a bit if you can’t get it stable.
Remember, you don’t have a right to overclock, you bought the CPU rated a 2.2GHz, so AMD is not obliged to allow you room to overclock.
its weird i cant up it more than 1.45v thats the highest it will go but yeah i use only 3dmark for testing my score is ok for my system but i just not happy with oc
