How do i overclock memory?

Hello

At the moment i have 6GB pc6400 800MHz of ram and i am considering on overclocking it and see how far i can go. Is it really worth me going to all this trouble will i notice a big leap in speeds and performance???

I am noob at this so how do i overclock the memory???

usually one can change things releated to clocking in BIOS.

Hmmm only in BIOs thats all to it??? i thought it was more complicated then that. But i will do some reading on it.
