How do you turn off/disable hibernation mode for Vista?
The reason I’m asking is because its slowing my system down cause’ its fragmented (see pic)

You can disable Hibernation in the Power Options-section in Control Panel.

thats only for XP, not Vista
Oh yeah that’s true, I’m sorry. You could enter the command powercfg -h off at command prompt, and then just reboot. (That is the same as the 2nd link provided by Karan)

You already did (Installed Vista :P).
You just need to type ON instead of OFF to turn it back on.
