i think 4Gb of RAM is a bit much for a 2.67Ghz CPU as your system won’t use much more than about 2Gb, but enough of putting your system down, generally it’s a big thumbs up :good:
Edit: BTW: i have an P4 3Ghz 631 Cedar Mill & only 1Gb RAM, but i run Kubuntu Feisty

I dont know about mobo, i would get 680i SLI chip.
If you gonna overclock this E6700 much, you will need really good cooling right here. Asus Silent Knight is suggested for an air cooling. Water cooling is more effective, but costs more too.
