I Can't Take The Blinking Anymore!!!!!!!!!

[FONT=“System”][SIZE=“4”][/SIZE] Could someone please help ? some of the web pages that i visit have animation on them , that will blink and flash uncontrollably to the point i can not even scroll to the bottom of the page.How Can i make this stop? I feel like i am losing my mind… [/FONT]

Try disabling the Adobe Flash plugin until you need it
