hey umm i did a factory restore on my computer and it saved my program files that i had before the restore. to a file named “my old disk structure”…but i would like to remove them..but it wont let me it says “cannot delete administrator access denied” but i am i the admin.. 
does anyone know how i can delete this?
oh yeah and for some reason i cant get my computer to boot in safe mode i was thinking maybe i can delete the file this way..
any help would be great..
