i7-3770K Ivy Bridge or i7-3930K Sandy Bridge?

I would go with the 3930k … Its going to run you more money … it benchmarks higher and doesnt have the ivy bridge overclocking problems.

I second that, but if you want to save yourself some money with out much of a performance drop, think about the i7 - 2600K,
