Well this is interesting, AMD is setting more formal ties with IBM, and apparenty there are talks of a future merger. So, that would mean AMD becomes huge, and IBM once again has its hand in the computer market again. Ether way, i dunno, i can understand AMD is really desperate at this point, and they haven’t had gains since 2006, but it just seems like a merger is an odd option, granted, it is still just talk at this point. On a side note, there will eventually just be one company for everything, seriously, there has been more mergers and joining of companies recently, its crazy.
